Cancellation policy

The $30.00 ( Lashes) $15.00 ( Spray tans)  deposit for the booking is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

We Provide a 7 day loss policy only to those whose purchase our aftercare.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please get in contact within 24 hours and your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

If you are 10 minutes late or more to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and no refunds on the deposits made, are given.

If you’re pregnant, please bring a doctor’s clearance form with you to your appointment (this only applies to lashes appointments. You will not require a certificate for spray tans).

By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to be 100% accountable for your own aftercare, You agree to cleanse your lashes with proper lash cleanser, Not cleansing increases the risk of eye infections, lash mites and natural loss. Lilly Rose Bronzed Tans is not responsible for lash damage if you have not properly cleansed everyday.
